A home born from the earth

Cà Bassa is built using natural materials such as rock wool and high-density wood fiber, providing exceptional thermal insulation without the need for excessive thickness, as in traditional masonry constructions. This ensures a healthy, breathable environment without relying on plastic materials like polystyrene, commonly used in other wooden houses. These choices respect the environment while offering natural comfort.
Minimal impact, high performance
Thanks to Cà Bassa’s advanced design, energy consumption for heating, cooling, ventilation and hot water is extremely low, settling at 15-18 kWh per square meter per year. Triple-glazed windows and top-tier thermal insulation create a comfortable microclimate in every season, while keeping environmental impact to a minimum.
Plastic and gas? Not here.
At Cà Bassa, you won’t find plastic elements or gas systems. The entire structure is powered by a cutting-edge photovoltaic system with a capacity of 16.5 kW and a 25 kW storage system, ensuring clean and renewable energy. A clear choice for a sustainable future and a cleaner environment.
