Our story

60’s

It all starts here

Grandpa Bruno and Grandma Enrichetta fall in love with a farmhouse among the hills: Cà Bassa. A house and the fields around it, the perfect place for an authentic life.

1979

Welcome, Silvia!

Silvia is born into a world that already revolves around Cà Bassa. From that moment on, she’ll be the beating heart of all its intertwining stories.

80’s and 90’s

The house of parties and events

Cà Bassa is the place where Silvia’s family gathers before the school season begins. Summer by summer, it becomes a symbol of tradition, sharing and friendship.

2007

The greatest celebration

In 2007, we chose Cà Bassa for the most important day of our lives: Silvia and Roberto, now married! A fairy-tale wedding that turned our estate into something more: the symbol of our roots and our future together.

2020

Meet our “little ones”

Our family grows, but not in the way you might expect. Fumy, Telly, and Galaxy, three strong-willed cats, quickly become the true rulers of the house.

2021

The rebirth

On August 30th, the demolition of the old buildings begins. Yes, we rebuild them all, but don’t worry: they stay exactly where they’ve always been. Cà Bassa is reborn from its foundations, more eco-sustainable than ever.

2022

Welcome home

With the work still in progress and construction tools all around, on December 23rd, we take our first step through the door of our new home. Even in the midst of it all, Cà Bassa was already welcoming us with its warmth.

2024

The new adventure

After years of dreams and hard work, the summer of 2024 marks the moment we finally open Cà Bassa to guests. Each day brings new stories and moments of pure beauty to experience, together, under the same sky and immersed in nature.
